We are a family business established in 1982. The founder, Stanisław Sędkowski, remains actively involved in the company's operations. Łukasz Sędkowski is currently the owner. Over 44 years in the market, we have gained invaluable experience in our industry.
1982-1986
1982 - Stanisław travels with several screws he has produced to the URSUS plant in Warsaw, only to return home as an employee of the largest agricultural tractor manufacturer in Poland at the time.
1986 - The plant is developing dynamically and a 200 m² workshop is being built.
1986-1996
The next decade brings further changes
1991 - We purchase land for a new production hall in Księginice.
1994 - We begin production in a new 600 m² hall.
1996 - We replace our machinery with a completely new one - we have universal machine tools with MITUTOYO scales.
1996-2006
The next 10 years were filled with hard work and many successes.
1998 - We introduced the ISO 9002 Quality Management Certificate.
1999 - We purchased modern COMBI 3000 and SPINNER TC-42 numerically controlled machine tools.
2004 - We established cooperation with BOSCH.
2006 - We began work on implementing the ISO/TS 16949 Quality System in addition to ISO9001:2000.
2006-2016
The last decade has been marked by innovative changes.
2007 - We continually supplement our machinery with modern CNC machines and other equipment.
2012 - We establish a design department and begin implementing a CAD design system.
2013 - We continue to grow. We expand our machinery by purchasing new machines.
2014 - We establish an automation department.
2015 - We expand all departments, purchase 3D printers, and equip the production hall with new machinery.
2016 - We replace the fleet of company vehicles.

2017 - We implement the first stations with automatic workpiece feeding – accelerating production and increasing precision.
2018 - We launch an internal ERP system – real-time production planning and control.
2019 - The CNC team participates in 5D CAM programming training – we focus on developing people and technology.
2020 - We install the first collaborative robot (cobot) – safety and efficiency in one.
2021 - We monitor machines from a smartphone – real-time data, delay-free decisions.
2022 - We optimize energy consumption and implement heat recovery – production aligned with the concept of sustainable development.
2023 - We introduce 3D quality control with optical scanning – we see more than the human eye.
2024 - We simulate and plan production before it starts – we minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
2025 - Integrate AI for failure prediction and service planning – machines begin to think along with us.
